10.Torremejía–Mérida

We leave the Torremejía Hostel and we take the National 630. The camino (foto 1 km 4.1) runs parallel to the road until we reach the 7.0 km point, where the track bends off to the right (photo 2). Here we must be careful because it is not too well signposted, we need to take a small path that moves away from the road to the right (photo 3).

Without complication we should arrive on the banks of the River Guadiana in the downtown area of Merida. We cross the river via the Roman bridge (photo 5) and continue bearing to the right parallel to the river, until arriving at the Merida Hostel.
