Description
From Zubiri, the Arga River will accompany us on the pilgrimage to Pamplona. At km 11.6, just past the medieval bridge of Irotz, the path can be a bit confusing, with a sign leading us onto a small path. I recommend following the path along the riverbank marked in this guide. Following the river path, we will reach km 12.7, just past the N-135 highway.
For cyclists, I have marked an option that follows a path along the Arga River. For walkers who prefer this option, this route is easier, with less elevation gain and more pleasant than the official route. Those who prefer the official route will reach the Arre bridge and will have to pass through the urban areas of Villava and Burlada.
