25.Calzada de Valdunciel–El Cubo de la Tierra del Vino

We leave Calzada de Valdunciel by the road of the hostel. We pass along a small lake which remains on our right hand side (photo 1 km 0.5) for 1.1 km after the hostel, until we meet a sign for “Camino de Santiago” (photo 2) indicating a right turn. We continue in between fields of wheat with the N-60 highway running along to our right. The path runs ever closer to the N-6030 until we reach a point where it would seem the road ends at 2.7 km. Here we can already see the highway and we have to follow a small path to get to it, which we reach at 2.8 km from the hostel (photos 3 and 4).

From here on there is not much to say. Take the N-630 until El Cubo de Tierra del Vino (photos 5 and 6). When we arrive we will see a sign that indicates “El Cubo” 1 km away. We continue along and meet the main town road.
