Ferry Caminha-A Pasaxe

The transportation between the coast of Portugal and the coast of Spain is offered by the company Xacobeo Transfer

The first boat leaves at 7:30 AM (Portuguese time) from Caminha (see map). Every half hour it leaves from the Portuguese coast and on the hour it returns from the Spanish coast to the Portuguese coast

There is a lunch break between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM. The last trip in the morning from Portugal to Spain is at 12:30 PM. But if there is someone on the Spanish side at 12:45 PM, they will be brought back. Then at 2:30 PM, the service resumes until 6:30 PM when the last trip is made, returning with those waiting at 7:00 PM (all times are Portuguese)

Depending on the tide, the journey will be made with a larger electric boat or a smaller boat (see photos)

Price: 6€ You can make a reservation online or pay in cash on the boat. (If you go with a bicycle, they charge an additional 2€ for the bicycle, 8€ in total).
