Description
We leave Burgos and its magnificent Cathedral for the Castilian plateau, dry in some seasons of the year, green with cereal in others, and always austere.
This is the beginning of the plateau. A stage with no elevation where, depending on the time of year, heat or cold can be the worst enemies.
